Mission Statement

The mission of the Minnesota S.W.A.T. elite baseball team is to give our players the opportunity to enhance their baseball skills and their character development. Our main focus will be the training of our students with high quality instruction through trained experienced instructors. We want players on the S.W.A.T. to be players who have the skill, humility and character to succeed. With the player’s God given skills and the humility to grow in those skills through hard work and the desire to improve, we will come along side them to make them the best player possible. We will enhance the instruction with participation in quality tournaments where they will be playing against other elite teams across the nation. We are not a competition to local baseball associations or high school or American Legion baseball teams. We are a supplement to such teams. If you are looking for an elite baseball organization that will have the best interest of the player in mind, we believe you have come to the right place.
